At Caffè Dignità, we want you to love your coffee.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ciao@caffedignita.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
